Dried herbs/botanicals are great for "infusion", "decoction" and a variety of preparations!  Can be used as herbal teas - healing poultices - and or used in cooking - giving nutritional support.

Herbal teas should be drunk while still warm and before meals.  Do NEVER boil water for more than 2 to 3 minutes - after that tea will be bitter, and will have lost most of its medicinal properties.  Water should first be boiled and then poured over dried tea botanicals - then let to steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
