BACK-ORDERS / Temporarily Out Of Stock items:
Do not order when there is a known backlog or item is (temporarily) out-of-stock.  Contact us for  re-order at a later date.

PAYMENT: 
We to not offer credit.  You can pay us by Personal Cheque (Canada only) which includes your name, address, and registered banking institution on the front of the cheque, or Money Order (Canada, USA only) which includes the name of your country's registered banking institution; Money Order should be payable/cashable in Canadian dollar funds.  For credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, or online banking) please use PAYPAL.

NSF CHEQUES:
All NSF (non-sufficient funds) cheques will result in a C$25.00 service charge to customer's banking account. 

RETURNS:
We specifically maintain a strict no-returns policy; as the quality of the returned item can no longer be guaranteed. 

Returns, exchange, or refund are offered only if wrong product was sent by us.
